NaNoWriMo write-in (LJRL)
November 30, 2012 –
People who are participating in NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) will meet to work on their novels. Most write-ins will be on Wednesdays and Sundays, and there are also some on the A&M campus on Tuesdays. Free wi-fi is available at the library. Bring your laptop or bring pen and paper. More information about write-ins can be found at the Bryan+College Station NaNoWriMo regional forum. The page linked below is the library system's NaNoWriMo page with a list of events and links to related pages. If you still have questions or need directions to the library, you can call (979) 764-3416. All ages can participate in NaNoWriMo, but the writing sessions are mostly made up of adults and a few teens. Writing sessions will be in the front meeting room; if you arrive after the library closes (5:00 p.m. on Fridays), go to the door at the end of the building (front left corner if you are facing the building) to be let in.
The last write-in and TGIO (thank goodness it's over) party will be held on November 30 from 4:30 to midnight.
