Because of his parents’ political activities, they are being tracked down, and the threat of capture and death is constant. Juan’s daily life also includes warmth, humor, and a crush on a girl, but he has to remember to give her his fake name. Juan is fine with his parents’ rules until he is told they have to move again immediately without saying anything to his friends. This award-winning film is brought to you by Film Movement.

It’s a new summer program at the Bryan Public Library where teens (at least 13 years old) can write or illustrate their own book and have it published! You can publish any kind of book that you can create in one summer...children’s picture book, short story, comic book, book of art, poetry, etc. If a Scribe and a Sketcher want to team-up that would be even better!
