Meeting Room:

We welcome public use of our meeting room. If your group is nonprofit and has five or more members, contact the library if you would like to book our meeting room. We now have two meeting spaces available for use. For more details, see our meeting room policy.

The 2nd floor meeting room is furnished with four large tables and 80 chairs. A Yahama grand piano is available from music recitals; however, it is not available for routine piano practice. Groups serving refreshments must complete a separate form. All forms and additional information is available at the Youth Services Desk on the second floor.

The 1st floor conference room is furnished with one long table and 12 chairs. Groups serving refreshments must complete a separate form. All forms and additional information is available at the Adult Services Desk on the first floor.

The Computer Lab may also be reserved following the same procedures as the meeting room.

Class Visits:

Come visit the Library with your school! Our primary goal for class visits is to develop and nurture children's lifelong love of reading, literature, and the library. You must make a reservation for a class visit. Schools and day cares can schedule class visits. Contact a youth services librarian for more information at 979-209-5600.

For questions or concerns, contact Library System Director Larry Koeninger.
