Meeting Rooms

We welcome public use of our meeting rooms. If your group is nonprofit and has five or more members, contact Heidi at (979) 209-5614 if you would like to book our meeting rooms. We now have two meeting spaces available for use.

For more details, see our meeting room policy.

The 2nd floor meeting room is furnished with four large tables and 80 chairs. A Yamaha grand piano is available from music recitals, however, it is not available for routine piano practice. Groups serving refreshments must complete a separate form. Contact Heidi at (979) 209-5614 for more information.

The 1st floor conference room is furnished with one long table and 12 chairs. Groups serving refreshments must complete a separate form. Contact Heidi at (979) 209-5614 for more information.

The Computer Lab may also be reserved following the same procedures as the meeting room. Contact Heidi at (979) 209-5614 for more information.

Class Visits

Come visit the Library with your school! Our primary goal for class visits is to develop and nurture children’s lifelong love of reading, literature, and the library. You must make a reservation for a class visit. Schools and day cares can schedule class visits. Contact a youth services librarian for more information at 979-209-5600.

For questions or concerns, contact Library System Director Larry Koeninger.
