Kim Lehman, The Buzz About Bees Workshop: Summer Reading Program 2021

Performing online in an Exclusive Limited Engagement, the Bryan + College Station Public Library System is proud to present:

The Buzz About Bees Workshop with Kim Lehman

Starting Tuesday, July 13 at 10:30 a.m. and running through July 20.

Show will include demonstrations of beeswax crafts; supplies will be available for Teens and Tweens from Mounce starting July 6 while supplies last. 

Kim LehmanKim Lehman will share stories about the life of a beekeeper, the biology of honey bees, and the different products of the hive. You will learn how to make beeswax food wraps, lip balm, simple skin care products and easy to make honey treats.

Kim Lehman is a beekeeper, storyteller, musician, and author. She writes for Bee Culture Magazine and is author of the book “Beekeeper’s Lab: 52 Family-Friendly Activities and Experiments Exploring the Life of the Hive.
