1. Will I be eligible for a refund if I pay the citation in full over the internet?
  2. No, you will not be eligible for a refund. Keep in mind that paying the citation in full over the internet you are entering a plea of "no contest", the court will find you "guilty" and it will be a conviction on your driving record.

  3. Can I appeal the case if I pay it over the internet?
  4. No, you are not legally able to appeal the case once it is paid in full.

  5. Can I make a payment on my case(s) if I am already on a payment plan?
  6. No, you cannot make a partial payment over the internet.

  7. What if I can not access my citation on the internet to make a full payment?
  8. It could be the citation has not been entered. It takes 3 to 4 business days to enter the citations after receiving them from the police department. Please try again in a day or two.

    It could be that the information provided to the police officer and the data you have entered do not match. Please contact the Court at 979.209.5400 for assistance. The court is closed on Wednesday afternoon beginning at 1 p.m.

    There are some violations that may not be paid over the internet if you are a JUVENILE or a MINOR as the law requires a personal appearance in open court with a parent or legal guardian.

    Parking violations can not be paid over the internet.

    It could be that your case is in warrant status which requires posting a bond at the court to set up a court date to avail yourself of any possible options available.

  9. What are the court's business days and hours of operation?
  10. The Court is open Monday through Friday, with the exception of the following holidays:
    New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Thursday and Friday), Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

    The hours of operation are:

    Monday 8 a.m. through 6 p.m.
    Wednesday 8 a.m. through 1 p.m.
    Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8 a.m. through 4:55 p.m.

    The court does not answer telephone calls after 1 p.m. on Wednesdays and 4:30 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
