Physical materials catalog

The library system’s catalog software, Library•Solution, brings a new level of efficiency to our staff members and patrons. It allows library staff to efficiently manage all of our collections, while allowing our patrons to search, place holds and use the “My Account” feature to view fees, fines and keep up with their library items. The software also has a dedicated children’s catalog to serve our younger readers and contains all of our DVD and Blu-ray video collections as well.

(Regarding DVD and Blue-ray videos: Patrons are limited to 7 videos at a time, and video selections must be completed 15 minutes before closing.)

Digital materials / e-content

Another benefit of the library system’s catalog is that it allows our patrons to search our digital collections in the same way they search the physical collections. Patrons can check out our electronic content offerings, including streaming video options, from within the catalog and that information is synced with our online e-content provider, OverDrive. The user can then download their e-content from the Overdrive website, or by using the Libby App.

Download the Libby App for reading electronic content including e-books, e-audiobooks and more.
